Well then again, it is like any regular job interview. People can put anything on a resume but it is what you do and say when you are standing in front of an interviewer that can makethe difference.
The Cowboys have been smart with their draft picks; any exposure they can get to these young players is good. Everyone wants to find a diamond in the rough.

The video show he can take a hit. The Cowboys have no shortage of WRs. Can he make the team without being killer on Special Teams.

Cowboys fit: Mickens, who slid in the draft because of concerns about a knee injury, should compete with Alan Ball for the fourth cornerback in the dime package. He displayed excellent playmaking skills as a four-year starter for the Bearcats, setting a school record with 14 interceptions, returning three for touchdowns.

Cowboys fit: Phillips will compete with Rodney Hannah, a practice squad player the previous two seasons, for the third tight end job. Phillips, who had 69 catches for 670 yards and five touchdowns at Virginia, isn't a receiving threat. Phillips' blocking ability gives him Phillips, who was recruited at Virginia by Cowboys tight end coach John Garrett, a chance to help the Cowboys in three tight-end sets.

At USC's pro day, he benched-pressed 225 pounds 25 times and ran a 4.57 40. Also, 54.5 percent of his kickoffs were for touchbacks in 2008 and 72.7 percent of his kicks were within the 20-yard line.

Cowboys fit: His 43 starts were the most ever by a Clemson defensive back. He also had 14 interceptions, third most in school history. Gerald Sensabaugh was signed to a one-year deal as a free agent but Hamlin could have a chance to earn playing time with backups Pat Watkins, Courtney Brown and Jerome Carter.
DeAngelo Smith
Saw this guy when he played against Rutgers. I like that he goes after the ball. The Cowboys had only a few interceptions last year. He is not very big. Tough to go up against those 6'4" recievers that everyone has now.

Brandon Williams Not very big not very fast. Not sure what Coach Phillips sees here.
